Navin R. Shah is the chairman and MD of the company with 48 years of experience in the dyes industry. At present he supervises the general administration of the company. Mr. Shah was the Hon. Secretary of the Gujarat Dyestuff Manufactures Association for 3 years subsequent to which he was the president for three years and is currently an executive committee member. He is connected with Ahmedabad Management Association for the last 12 years and is also on the board of directors of M/s Green Environment Services Co-op (P) Ltd. at Vatwa which is setting up a Common Effluent Treatment Plant in Vatwa.
Suresh R. Shah primarily looks after our local business, Madhavdas Manilal & Co, whose principal activity even today is blending and trading of dyes. Mr. S.R.Shah has over 42 years of experience in this industry.
Dilip C. Shah looks after the administrative work at our Ahmedabad office. Well travelled earlier for promotion of sales of our products, he is now directing our marketing team to increase the domestic sales of the company.
Ravindra N. Shah obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering from USA and upon his return was instrumental in developing the exports of the company. Mr. R. N. Shah continues to handle the imports and exports operation and the administrative work at our Mumbai office. He was the Hon. Secretary of the Dyestuffs Manufacturers' Association of India from 1993-96, and at present is the President of the Association.
Gaurang N. Shah has an MSc. in Organic Chemistry, with Dyes and Intermediates as a special subject, and takes care of production in our factories at various places in Gujarat which includes the logistics of the supply chain and scheduling of the available resources at the factory to produce an exhaustive list of products.
Hiren D. Shah maintains our local business by visiting customers all over India to help develop new products and keep competition at bay.
Samir S. Shah has a MSc. in Environmental Science and has helped develop our own Effluent Treatment System and also the Central Effluent Treatment Plant by co-ordinating with various consultants.
Sandeep R. Shah has a Bachelors in Chemical Plant Engineering and a Masters in Industrial & Systems Engineering from USA. He is involved with the international operations along with reengineering and implementing new systems on lines of ISO 9000 for smooth running of the company.
